|  3D Project
simulation - A set of plans is necessary to build a project, but may not help to
visualize it or promote it. 3D renderings and videotape "walk throughs"
are useful tools to see the end result before it is built. Once a concept is accepted,
physical design details can fall into place.

Fountains has substantial experience with animated and "dancing" musical
fountains. There are numerous approaches to valve and lighting control, each with
their own cost/benefit. When multiplied into features with even a few nozzles and
lights, the variations become immense. Computer simulation allows us to show to your
satisfaction what your project will look like.

| Specifications - Category 02815 specifications can be developed for
larger projects. These may be used for bid purposes, or to more rigidly define the
requirements of a privately funded project. As desired, the specifications can include
multiple vendor component sources to secure the best bid price.

| Computer Aided Drafting - In addition to project plans, plumbing and
electrical schematics can be generated in AutoCad® DWG and DXF files
from Atlantic Fountains may be merged with existing plan sets.

|  Controls Engineering - It is surprising how many projects are
built without first considering how the owner will interact with the system once it is
operating. A "well behaved" water feature needs more than a reliable fill
system, but integrated wind and energy management controls as well.
A system that is planned in advance will be a pleasure to operate and require minimal time
to maintain. Atlantic Fountains manufactures controls for wind speed control, water
and lighting animation, and musical fountain choreography.

| Documentation - The project is not done until it is documented.
Improper adjustment, maintenance, or chemical treatment can damage components. Our manuals
include more than loose component cut-sheets, but encompass startup, shutdown and
operating procedures, and component maintenance requirements.

| Bid Evaluation - It is not uncommon to see bids return with a three-fold
cost spread. If you began with a good design, now is not the time to accept substitutions.
